Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 egg
    1 medium potato
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat egg well. Grate potato and onion and add to the beaten egg.
    Add tuna, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Make into 5 patties.
    Then saute in small amount of butter or oil until brown on both sides.
