Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 lb. tomatoes
4 slices white bread
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 lb. cheese
1 tsp. basil
Preparation

Salt zucchini; let sit for 30 minutes.
Rinse and drain. Butter a 4-quart dish.
Layer 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 tomatoes, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 bread.
Start again.
Bake until zucchini is tender, about 45 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
