Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine in mixing bowl first 4 ingredients.
    Beat well and stir in chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Add 1 cup water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Fill muffin cups 1/3 to 1/2 full with chocolate batter.
    Top each with 1 heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
