Matt'S Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. white or dark chicken cut into 3 inch x 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch strips
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    3/4 c. of teriyaki sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken to about 4/5 the way done.
    Mix in bowl honey, lime juice, teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger.
    Add sauce to chicken and green onion.
    Serve over rice.
