Chicken And Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 half chicken breasts, deboned
2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 jigger red cooking wine
1 jigger cream sherry wine
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Place chicken in Pyrex dish with skin side up.
Pour cans of soup over chicken. Add dash of salt and pepper on top of each chicken breast.
Pour both wines over chicken.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes, uncovered.
Use liquid to make gravy.
