Seared Pork Loin And Blackberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 medium sweet yellow onions, sliced thin
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork loin roast
    salt and pepper
    1 c. fresh blackberries
Preparation
    Place sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, vinegar and onions in heavy skillet over medium-low heat.
    Stir to coat well.
    Cook uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
