Spinach Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh spinach
    1/2 head Boston lettuce
    2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned
    18 small walnut halves, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, tear spinach and lettuce into bite-size pieces; add oranges and walnuts.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over salad and toss to coat.
    Cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
