Cauliflower And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cut up
    1 head cauliflower, cut up
    2 cans onion rings
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 (13 oz. size) can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the broccoli and cauliflower until half done (you can steam or boil).
    Place florets and stalks in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Layer one can of onion rings on top of vegetables.
    Beat together soup, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Top with remaining can of onion rings.
    Bake, uncovered, for about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
