Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    6 c. sliced apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 two-crust pastry
Preparation
    Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup apple juice.
    Combine with remaining juice in medium saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Stir in apple slices; coat well.
    Spoon into 9-inch pie crust.
    Sprinkle on spices.
    Top with remaining pastry.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
