Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green bell peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. cooked regular rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and wash.
    Lightly mix beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1 can tomato sauce.
    Fill pepper halves.
    Top with cheese and arrange close together in baking dish.
    Pour 1 can tomato sauce over peppers.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
