Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. melted butter or oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients.
    Combine and pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
