Manicotti - cooking recipe

1 box manicotti
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 egg
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3 slices bread
1/2 c. milk
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Season meat with salt, pepper and parsley. Cook manicotti in 4 quarts of water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain in a bowl, combine milk and egg. Moisten the bread slices. Tear and mix with meat. Stuff in manicotti. Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over manicotti. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
