Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes
    1/2 lb. corned beef (1 small can)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pod sweet pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Cover with water and cook until tender.
    Drain and save liquid.
    Break corned beef in tiny bits. Put corned beef, pepper, onion and potatoes in a baking dish.
    Mix milk, flour and potato liquid until smooth.
    Pour over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
