Grandma'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well.
    Combine evaporated milk and cream; heat to scalding point then add to pumpkin mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    If smaller shells are used, bake longer.
    Pie is done when knife inserted near rim comes out clean.
