Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Pet milk, chilled almost frozen
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation

Chill bowl and beaters.
Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water; set in refrigerator.
When mixture has partially congealed, fold in the Pet milk which has been whipped with a beater.
Add lemon juice and rind.
Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with vanilla wafer crumbs.
Pour in Jell-O mixture; cover with more crumbs and put in refrigerator to chill.
