Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can diced green chilies
1 c. chicken broth
picante sauce to taste
10 to 20 small flour tortillas
Preparation

Boil, debone and dice the chicken.
Mix chicken with next 6 ingredients.
Fill and roll mixture into tortillas.
Place in casserole dish.
Pour remainder of sauce over casserole.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot through and cheese begins to brown.
