Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. fine dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions omitting salt; drain.
    Combine macaroni and next 6 ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 servings (about 158 calories per serving).
