Meatballs With Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cheese (small pieces)
3/4 c. crackers
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation
-
Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Form into balls.
Moisten with egg and milk mixture.
Wrap in bacon.
Fasten bacon with toothpick.
Bake in hot oven 30 to 40 minutes.
