Nan Millar'S Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Knead together
    until
    dough
    forms a ball and does not stick to
    fingers.
    Must knead by hand and have butter at room temperature.
    Divide into two equal portions and pat each into a small
    pie pan (ungreased).
    Prick top with a fork.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Done when light brown on top.
    Makes 2 gift-size.
