Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, divided
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in milk, butter, vanilla and pecans.
    Pour batter into a 10 x 8-inch pan.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Carefully pour water on top.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
    Cut into squares and turn upside down to serve.
