Hot Tomato Pan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (4 oz.) container liquid egg product
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour batter into preheated 9-inch cake pan coated with vegetable spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bread tests done with toothpick.
    Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
    Serve warm. Yields 10 servings.
