Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. unsweetened cooked rhubarb
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cut up dates
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients well. Add rhubarb, lemon rind, eggs, oil and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Use juice of lemon and powdered sugar for glaze.
    Spread on cake while still warm.
