Dutchess Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. Colby cheese, shredded
Preparation

If frozen, thaw potatoes.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
