Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. unmashed bananas
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 c. nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Stir in all other ingredients with a spoon; do not beat.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
