Vegetarian Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box fettucini florentine
    1 red bell pepper
    broccoli
    carrots
    fresh garlic
    fresh lemon
    lite olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    fresh Italian parsley
Preparation
    Cut pepper into strips; slice carrots diagonally and cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Stir-fry in olive oil (1 tablespoon) until just tender.
    (Cook each vegetable separately). Mix vegetables and cooked pasta together.
    Add 1 clove crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil and squeeze a lemon wedge into mixture; stir and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
