Chicken Spaghetti(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chicken
    onion
    bay leaf
    14 oz. spaghetti, break short
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. buttered crumbs or potato chips
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken with onion, bay leaf and salt.
    Chill, bone and chop.
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
    Use 2 tablespoons of chicken broth.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup milk for white sauce.
    Dice celery, onions, pimentos and green pepper.
    Add cheese.
    Mix all ingredients together. Put in a shallow pan.
    Cover with buttered crumbs or potato chips.
