Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms or 2 (4 oz.) cans, drained
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1/2 c. shredded no-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cut fish into 6 serving size pieces.
Spray rectangular baking dish with nonstick spray coating.
Measure the thickness of fish. Place fish in prepared baking dish, tucking under the thin edges. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper.
Bake fish, uncovered, in a 450\u00b0 oven for 6 to 9 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness.
