Stollen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. raisins
dash of cinnamon
pinch of sugar
Preparation

Unroll the dough, to make a large rectangle onto a greased cookie sheet.
Spread with softened cream cheese (heated briefly in microwave).
Sprinkle over raisins, cinnamon and sugar.
Lifting the long edge of the rectangle, bring edge to center.
Join with opposite edge (of long side of rectangle) in the center by pinching dough.
Pinch short ends, also (so filling doesn't run out).
