Delicious Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. unsweetened strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
few drops red food coloring
1 baked pie crust
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Preparation

Fill baked pie crust with 1 quart unsweetened strawberries. Boil water, sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch until clear.
Add strawberry jello and red food coloring; cool.
Pour over the strawberries.
Spread whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.
Decorate with berries.
