pork chops
onion
egg
bread crumbs
turnips
potatoes

Preparation

Brown chops in a little onion after you dip in egg and bread crumbs.
Cook until tender.
Cook about 4 good-size turnips with 4 good-size potatoes.
Mash.
Pour grease from chops in turnips and potatoes.
