Conch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. conch, cleaned
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 to 10 c. water

Preparation

Conch must be tenderized before cooking. You have to beat 'em to eat 'em.
