Georgia Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. venison or a (13 lb.) Boston butt
5 medium onions
3 large bell peppers
5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
48 oz. ketchup
3 Tbsp. mustard
3 c. salsa sauce
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Cook meat until tender.
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
Beef or pork may be used but this is an excellent way to use venison.
