Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unpopped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pop the popcorn first.
In a 2-quart pan combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt.
Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
Stir in soda and vanilla.
Pour over popped corn, stirring constantly.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes or immediately form into balls.
Store in airtight container as soon as cool.
