Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard
3-4 Tbsp. grated onion
3 tsp. mashed garlic (more if you like)
juice of 1 lemon
3/4 c. chopped pickles (may use dill or sweet, depending on which you prefer)
1 qt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. French's mustard
1 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Mix very well and put in airtight container.
Add dressing to cole slaw, potato salad or macaroni salad.
Remaining dressing keeps well in refrigerator in airtight container.
