Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2/3 c. Bisquick (Original)
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up fryer chicken
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, in oven.
    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken.
    Place skin side down in pan.
    Bake 35 minutes.
    Turn; bake about 15 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
