Beef Teriyaki And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 lb. beef flank steak strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. bite size vegetables (broccoli, peppers and mushrooms)
    Minute rice
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and seasonings.
    Add beef; let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
    Stir-fry beef in hot oil in skillet until browned.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    Mix broth and cornstarch; add to skillet.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Prepare 4 servings of Minute rice as directed on package. Serve beef mixture over rice.
    Serves 4.
