Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour or Bisquick
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. zucchini (unpared), shredded
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    In mixing bowl,
    stir
    together the flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stir in
    the
    beaten
    eggs
    until\tthe mixture is moistened.\tFold in
    zucchini.
    Pour
    oil
    in skillet 1/8-inch and heat.
    Drop
    slightly rounded tablespoonfuls of the batter into oil. Cook, turning once
    for
    about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
