Apple Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. finely chopped peeled apples
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    Powdered Sugar Glaze (recipe follows) or whipped cream, sweetened
Preparation
    Generously grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt cake pan; set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flours, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add oil, vanilla and eggs; beat until well mixed.
    Stir in chopped apples and nuts.
    Spoon batter evenly into prepared pan.
