High Protein Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. carob chips
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sesame seed
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation

Melt butter, peanut butter and carob chips over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread into a greased 5 x 7 x 2-inch pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Refrigerate.
