Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham (thick sliced) or 1 lb. sausage, drained well
    approximately 6 slices bread, buttered on both sides
    10 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put in your bread (buttered on both sides).
    Then in large mixing bowl, add your eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle grated cheese. Then pour mixture over your ham or sausage.
