Crab Melt-A-Ways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6) English muffins
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 (5 oz.) jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese spread
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Split and cut muffins in quarters.
    Mix ingredients and add 1/2 pound crabmeat.
    Spread on muffin quarters and freeze single on cookie sheet for at least 1/2 hour.
    Put in freezer bags and freeze until ready to use.
    Broil until bubbly and golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes approximately 48.
