Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk.
Fold in the beaten egg whites.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
Place dish into pan of water 1-inch deep.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cool.
Can then be refrigerated after it is cool.
