Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 slightly beaten egg whites
    1 c. mashed banana
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together egg whites, bananas, sugar and oil.
    Stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until moistened.
    Spray an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray coating.
    Spread batter in prepared pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool bread in the pan for 10 minute.
    Remove from pan and cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
