Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. plain flour, sifted
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients, except pecans and apples; blend. Fold in pecans and apples.
Bake in layers at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
