Ann'S Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. molasses
    3 level tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar, add molasses and soda, beat until foamy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add water and all dry ingredients, beat until smooth.
    Allow to cool several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Roll out and bake in 400\u00b0 oven 12 - 15 minutes.
