Chocolate Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

whole graham crackers
2 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Line a 9 x 16-inch Pyrex baking dish with the crackers.
Beat the pudding with the milk.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Spread half of this over the crackers.
Spread remaining pudding mix over the crackers.
Make another layer of crackers. Spread topping over top and let stand overnight.
