Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar (may use part white)
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and place in casserole dish.
Top with topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
