Five-Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. stew meat, frozen or thawed
potatoes, cut in medium size pieces
carrots, cut in medium size pieces
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Put meat in bottom of baking dish or dutch oven.
Layer vegetables on top.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
Spread both cans of soup over the top.
Cover.
Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0 if using frozen meat.
Bake 5 hours at 300\u00b0 if using thawed meat.
