Italian Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter or oleo.
    Add well-beaten eggs.
    Add Ricotta cheese and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Do not make dough stiff.
    Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (approximately 12 minutes).
