Sour Cream Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. herb flavored bread crumbs
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Spray a baking pan with Pam.
Place one piece of chicken in palm of hand and spread evenly with sour cream.
Place each piece in pan, one at a time, with sides touching (sour cream on bottom). When all pieces of chicken are in pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread remaining sour cream over top.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours for sour cream to tenderize chicken.
To bake, preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle chicken with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake 1 hour.
Serve with rice, a green vegetable and salad.
